Homeschool P.E. · Boynton Beach & Palm Beach County

You teach
everything else.
We'll take P.E.

Coach-led physical education for homeschool families — weekly small-group classes that build real fitness, real skills, and the kind of confidence that comes from doing hard things alongside other kids.

What every class covers

Four pillars.
Every session.

Physical Education

Movement fundamentals, coordination, and fitness taught the way a real P.E. class should be.

Strength & Conditioning

Age-appropriate strength, speed, and endurance that develops safely as kids grow.

Confidence & Discipline

Showing up, finishing what you start, and keeping your standard when it gets hard.

Habits for Life

Sleep, food, and movement framed as choices kids own — not rules handed to them.

The problem we solve

Every subject
but this one.

Homeschool parents cover math, reading, science, history — often better than a classroom does. Then comes the subject that needs equipment, space, other kids, and someone who knows how to coach it safely. That's the one we handle.

What you get

A real class, weekly

Structured sessions on a set schedule, so P.E. stops being the thing that gets skipped when the week gets full.

What you get

Other kids to train with

Small groups, not solo workouts. Teamwork, competition, and encouragement are part of the curriculum.

What you get

Records for your portfolio

Attendance and progress documentation you can file with the rest of your year's work.

What you get

A coach, not a babysitter

Fifteen years of coaching experience running every session. Kids are taught, corrected, and pushed appropriately.

A — ascendQ — activate

The mark

Two symbols.
One standard.

Our monogram isn't decoration. The A is an arrow. The Q is a power button. Together they describe exactly what happens here.

The arrow — progress

Physical growth you can measure, and a mindset that keeps climbing after the obstacle.

The power button — activation

The first rep of the first session. Motivation, determination, and energy switched on.

Our standard

Confidence is earned.
Through effort. Through discipline. Through consistency.

Homeschool physical education

Real P.E.
Really coached.

Weekly small-group classes for homeschool students ages 6 to 18, running in Boynton Beach with mobile options for co-ops and neighborhood groups across Palm Beach County.

The semester

Four units,
in order.

Each unit builds on the one before it. Students who join mid-semester get caught up individually — nobody gets dropped into work they aren't ready for.

01

Movement Fundamentals

Running mechanics, jumping and landing, balance, coordination, and body control. This is the base everything else sits on, and it's the unit most kids have never actually been taught.

02

Fitness & Conditioning

Age-appropriate strength, endurance, and mobility. Students learn what effort actually feels like, how to pace themselves, and how to train without getting hurt.

03

Sport Skills & Game Play

Throwing, catching, striking, dribbling, and the rules and strategy behind them. Games are where teamwork, fair play, and losing gracefully get practiced for real.

04

Habits for Life

Sleep, nutrition, hydration, and recovery — taught as decisions students make themselves rather than rules from an adult. The goal is a kid who keeps moving after the semester ends.

How it runs

The practical details.

Who

Ages 6 to 18

Grouped by age and ability, not lumped together. Younger students focus on fundamentals and play; older students move toward strength, conditioning, and sport.

When

Weekly, by semester

Classes run on a consistent weekday schedule so P.E. lands in your routine like any other subject. Semester-length commitment, with sibling rates available.

Where

Boynton Beach or yours

Classes run locally in Boynton Beach. For co-ops and groups with their own space — a park, a field, a facility — we come to you anywhere in Palm Beach County.

Group size

Small on purpose

Big enough for real games and real competition. Small enough that every student gets corrected by name in every session.

For your records

Documentation,
handled.

You're already keeping records for the year. P.E. shouldn't be the subject with nothing to show for it.

Attendance records

Dated session logs for every class your student attends.

Progress reports

What was covered each unit and how your student developed across it.

Portfolio-ready format

Written to file alongside the rest of your year's work without extra effort from you.

Questions parents ask

Before you enroll.

My kid isn't athletic

Most of them aren't, and that's the point. This is physical education, not tryouts. Students are measured against where they started, never against each other.

Is it safe for younger kids?

Everything is scaled to training age and supervised directly. Younger students spend their time on movement skills and games — no heavy loading, no adult programming pushed onto growing bodies.

What about socialization?

It's built in. Students train in groups, compete on teams, and work through winning and losing together. For a lot of families this ends up being the part their kid looks forward to most.

Can our co-op book a group?

Yes. Group and co-op bookings run at your location on your schedule. Tell us how many students and what ages, and we'll build the class around it.

Athlete development · Ages 13–18

Strength, speed, and conditioning built around the athlete in front of me. The work goes past the sport — accountability, effort, and handling adversity carry into everything after it.

Programs

Train. Develop.
Transform.

Homeschool P.E. is where most of our week goes. These are the other ways we work with families and individuals — same method: assess honestly, program deliberately, coach every rep.

  • Programming that progresses week to week

  • In-studio or mobile at your home
Track 03

  • Scaled options so mixed levels train together
  • Mobile classes for teams, offices, and communities
Track 04

High School Athlete Development

Off-season builds, in-season maintenance, and the durability to finish the year healthy.

Not sure which track

Start with a
conversation.

Tell us the goal and the timeline. We'll tell you honestly what it takes.

High school athletes

Built for more.
Prepared for life.

Stronger athletes, better futures. We train the qualities that carry past the final season: durability, composure, and a work ethic that doesn't need supervision.

How a training block runs

Four phases,
in order.

01

Assess

Movement screen, strength baselines, speed and change-of-direction testing, and a conversation about the sport calendar. Nothing gets programmed before this.

02

Build

Foundational strength and tissue resilience. This is where injury prevention actually happens — hips, hamstrings, ankles, shoulders, and the trunk that ties them together.

03

Express

Turning strength into speed. Sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, jumping and landing, and reactive work under fatigue.

04

Sustain

In-season maintenance that keeps gains without stealing legs from game day, plus recovery and sleep habits the athlete owns themselves.

For parents

What you're
paying for.

Recruiting attention is the by-product. The point is an athlete who finishes the season healthy, handles pressure, and keeps the habits when the coach isn't in the room.

Ages 13–18

Programming scaled to training age, not just calendar age.

Coached, never supervised

Every session has a plan, and every rep has a standard.

About

Strong bodies.

American Quality Wellness is a Boynton Beach training practice built on a simple idea: the work you do in here should make the rest of your life easier.

Your coach

AJ Quinones

Fifteen years on the gym floor teaches you something a certification can't: every body walks in with a history.

AJ has spent that time coaching across the full range of human performance — professional athletes, high school players, homeschool students, and everyday adults who want to feel capable again. He holds degrees in kinesiology and liberal arts.

But the athletes are only part of the work. His focus is preparing them for the life that comes after the sport, or alongside it — building work ethic, holding people accountable, and teaching them to keep going when things get hard. Organization on an everyday scale. The willingness to take the harder road because of what's waiting on the other side.

That's the standard everyone gets, whether it's a first-timer or a sophomore chasing a starting spot: an honest assessment, a plan built for them, and a coach who watches every rep.

He founded American Quality Wellness in Boynton Beach on it.

Work with me

How we coach

Three commitments.

Honest assessment

We tell you where you actually are and what the timeline realistically looks like. No package gets sold before that conversation happens.

Coached, not counted

Anyone can count reps. We're watching your setup, your bracing, and your tenth rep — and adjusting the plan when your week doesn't go as planned.

Habits over hype

Sleep, food, and recovery get the same attention as the training block, because that's what makes results survive a busy month.
